Christopher Luis-Jorge is a Cuban-American writer based in Philadelphia. He has received his MFA in Creative Writing from Rutgers University-Camden, where he taught English Composition, and a BA in Theatre Studies & BA in English from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he was employed as a writing tutor. While working in Orlando, he led workshops in the SOAR program, aimed to equip graduating high school seniors with college-level writing skills. Christopher is also the former art director for The Cypress Dome literary magazine. His work has previously been featured in Stoneboat Literary Journal, The Acentos Review, and The Golden Walkman.
